It is inarguable that liberal arts education is essential for long-term employment development because it demonstrates to college undergraduates how to make life worth living. In the twenty-first century marketplace, employers are looking for college graduates who have critical thinking and creativity, those who are groundbreaking and problem solving. Companies Kumpi 7 can train new workers in specialized skills on the job; nevertheless, they cannot train employees to have problem-solving skills, good communication, critical-thinking proficiency, and the capacity for lifelong learning required in today’s organizations.
