Abstract

The pain reliever, Tramadol, has a unique structure with functional groups that contribute to the drug's success. This poster for the Natural Sciences Poster Session at Parkland College provides the structure of the medication, identifies the nonmedical ingredients, and notes its effectiveness as well as its possible superiority to other pain relieving medications.
