Abstract
This poster for the Natural Sciences Poster Session at Parkland College reports on an experiment in which the student seeks to find whether Caenorhabditis elegans (C.elegans) prefers OP50 strain of E.coli bacteria cultured in NGM agar. The experiment indicated that C. elegans showed a preference for the K12 strain of E.coli.
