Description
Parkland College President William Staerkel (left), Dale Sprankle, project architect, and Ernest J. Kump, design architect stand in front of the proposed long range plans for Parkland during a Board meeting in late 1967. The rendering shows Phase II of the permanent campus, complete with athletic fields and the architect's ideas of what might be developed in the adjacent park.
