Aerial photograph of Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois, dated September 1973, the month the permanent campus was open to students. Classes were delayed two weeks for the building to be completed. Prior to moving to the permanent campus, Parkland held classes in buildings in and around downtown Champaign.
