Derek Dallas, Chair of the Business/Computer Science Technology Department with It's Not Easy Being Green for Parkland College Library's READ Poster series.
The 2017 READ poster was created in Parkland College’s GDS 108 Design Media and Principles class taught by Paul Young. The class is a foundation art course for digital artists taught in a computer lab. The coursework focuses on solving real-world visual problems while learning design principles. Students also receive hands-on training in the Adobe Creative Suite. Andrew Cerezo’s design was chosen this year.
