Anna Maria Watkin, retiring Director of Parkland College Library chose Square Foot Gardening: A New Way to Garden in Less Space with Less Work, by Mel Bartholomew for Parkland College Library's READ poster Series.
The 2018 READ poster was created in Parkland College's Graphic Design 108, Design Media and Principles, class taught by Lisa Kesler. The coursework focuses on solving real-world visual problems while learning design principles. Students also receive hands-on training in the Adobe Creative Suite.This Year Madison R. Wilcoxen's design was chosen.
