Abstract
This proposal outlines specific plans to diversify course materials, improve learning outcomes, and internationalize Parkland. In order to provide an immersive study of Korean culture, the proposed study includes multiple locations such as Korea/Hawaii, UIUC, and Chicago. The applicant plans to travel internationally and nationally to seek timely, first-hand, engaging teaching materials to help students gain deeper insight into Korean culture.
